Explaining health insurance is both a difficult and often less than interesting topic. We have found that most people do not pay attention to the subject until the need arises. However, it is often too late. We determined that rather than trying to communicate the key message through words, a single visual would be a physically appealing alternative. The visual conveyed the emotions of people we interviewed as they shared one of the advantages of insurance, as identified in our market study.
